HEIRLOOM QUALITY DRAWERS
Wellborn INC. builds your cabinets with 3/4" solid hardwood dovetail drawers. The drawer has 3/4" finished sides with dovetail construction and full extension under-mount drawer slides with soft close technology built in.
QUALITY FACE FRAMES
The Wellborn INC. face frames are 1 3/4" wide, making them 17% wider than many in the industry which are 1 1/2". Wider face frames keep the joints from separating, helping ensure cabinet squareness and strength.
WELLGUARD FINISH SYSTEM
Years of research partnered with development through Valspar have resulted in the WellGuard Finishing System. 24-step superb finishing process starting with hand selecting the finest wood and completing the cabinet by hand wiping it with tack cloth in preparation for the final top coat.
ColorInspire is available on all Maple and MDF Estate and Premier Series Door Styles. ColorInspire is a program that will allow your customers the ability to choose from thousands of colors in any of the Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams or Valspar color decks for that just right color. ColorInspire utilizes a catalyzed conversion finish that is oven-cured, creating a baked-on long lasting finish. The sheen level will be the standard low sheen level used on the current paint program.
BUTCHER BLOCK
Butcher Block tops have been increasingly popular. An Eco-friendly counter-top alternative, butcher block offers a design element that is also functional. Giving a rustic and warm appearance, the alternative doubles as a great cutting surface. We offer three different finishes: DURAKRYL 102® , Rubbed Oil, Unfinished. LAMINATE TOPS
Cabinet Works offers a laminate option for our builders and contractors. It is a great budget friendly option for the smaller areas in the home. We have an endless selection of colors through the four brands we carry: Arborite, Formica, Nevamar, Pionite.
